About Edward Shepherd Associates

We are a team of party wall surveyors and clerk of works based in March, Cambridgeshire. We have been operating as Edward Shepherd Associates for two years, but our founder and main personnel have been working in the construction industry for nearly three decades.

Our company values ability and integrity. This means that all our construction consultants are highly-qualified, experienced and eager to go the extra mile to give our clients accurate quotes and detailed, helpful information. We have an excellent knowledge of the construction and building industry, which allows our clerk of works to assess the proposed process as per the building design and our party wall surveyors to efficiently settle disputes.

Our clerks of works and party wall surveyors have obtained the designations LICWCI and MFPWS and as such are members of the Institute of Clerk of Works and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
